Leeds University: Building a Mindful Photography Community

I had a great opportunity to work with students from Leeds University as I shared my love of mindful photography. We started off by trying to define what mindfulness meant to us and then observed how that definition changed throughout the session. I am really hoping that they will continue on their own and maybe start their own mindful photography community. Many thanks to the I Belong project which recognises the need to support our students whilst they are away from their homes and families.

I cannot wait to see what the students find on their Leeds Photographic Scavenger Hunt over the coming week.
