Offering therapeutic photography and mindful photography workshops throughout Yorkshire and online, we focus on merging photography with mental health. Mindful Photography UK, a community interest company, empowers communities to adopt reflective photography techniques for personal growth and to encourage healing through photography. We support mindful photography for beginners and help participants express emotions through photography.

I’m privileged to be part of the Speaking Out Conference hosted by Ros Jones.

Speaking Out Summit – Domestic Abuse and the Workplace

Tickets are still available at £35 for the whole day and includes presentations, discussions and lunch.

We will have a Mindful Photography UK stall amongst other charities and organisations and will be handing out project leaflets explaining the work we do in communities.
