How to incorporate mindfulness in the workplace
We incorporate the Mindfulness Now programme specifically designed for workplaces and organisations to enhance mindfulness practices at work. Our focus is on teaching individuals and groups, including both adults and children, addressing various needs such as stress and anxiety, emotional and physical pain, and building emotional resilience. This original mindfulness programme is inclusive and adaptable, blending essential elements from MBSR and MBCT with a clinical trauma-informed approach, making it easy to integrate with other therapeutic methods.
The Mindfulness Now programme is fully adaptable and assessible to meet the needs of different participants. The Mindfulness Now programme can work over 8 sessions but can also work well arranged over a smaller number of sessions. It works well delivered one to one, or even informally via drop in type group.
