Offering therapeutic photography and mindful photography workshops throughout Yorkshire and online, we focus on merging photography with mental health. Mindful Photography UK, a community interest company, empowers communities to adopt reflective photography techniques for personal growth and to encourage healing through photography. We support mindful photography for beginners and help participants express emotions through photography.
This summer I was lucky enough to work with Carers Plus Yorkshire at Scampston Hall and deliver a small project to remind us about the importance of carers taking time out.
