Mindful Photography UK, a community interest company, empowers communities to adopt reflective photography techniques for personal growth and to encourage healing through photography. We support mindful photography for beginners and help participants express emotions through photography.

I’ve just finished a 2 month project working with participants on a project to support employment and confidence. This was an online delivery course and we were united across Yorkshire via zoom. At the end one of the participants created the most beautiful quote which she shared with the group. You can watch their short video here which showcases some of their work. They all say they will continue using photography to support their wellbeing in the future.
