Offering therapeutic photography and mindful photography workshops throughout Yorkshire and online, we focus on merging photography with mental health. Mindful Photography UK, a community interest company, empowers communities to adopt reflective photography techniques for personal growth and to encourage healing through photography. We support mindful photography for beginners and help participants express emotions through photography.
📸 Overview Organised and delivered by myself, an experienced facilitator and the founder of Mindful Photography UK, this collection of events combines wellbeing with mindfulness and therapeutic photography. It’s part of a collaboration with Better Connect under the “Rise to Thrive” initiative, which supports personal wellbeing and growth. We welcome people in North Yorkshire who are not in work and not seeking work (aged 18-65).
🌿 Purpose The events aim to help individuals slow down, connect with their surroundings, and explore their emotions through photography. Whether you’re using a smartphone or a camera, the focus is on being present and reflective.
