Embracing Mindfulness in Scarborough: A Return to the Coast

As we step out of February, we are excited to announce our free programmes designed for those looking to slow down and truly appreciate their surroundings.

Our recent still life session was a wonderful success, encouraging participants to capture the beauty of everyday moments through photography.

Make sure your calendars are free for more mindful fun!
