In March – yes I’m playing catch up … we finished another Mindful Photography UK online week long project – what a journey it’s been !

We keep numbers really small, that way everyone feels safe and heard.

The connection that these participants made during the week was astounding – they gelled immediately, they supported one another with heart felt care and it was such a privilege to watch it unfold.

We’re still connected in an online group which is co~created and self-led

This is true magic happening right in front of my eyes … the power of therapeutic photography
