We support mindful photography for beginners and help participants express emotions through photography.

How do we create safe spaces for people to share their stories? These images were taken by two regular participants of Mindful Photography UK workshops. What does success look like for someone attending one of our sessions? One of the things I love most about the work we do is seeing people become part of a community. โค๏ธ Celebrating a brilliant day at Allerton Castle yesterday with the Mindful Photography UK community group !
